Seasons

MOUNTAIN RIVER LODGE is the ideal location for serving guests during all four seasons of the year

Summer

SUMMER
(June, July, August)

The mild weather, the scenery of the mountain rivers, lakes and wildlife provide the recreational attractions that make this a popular destination for families and groups. The summer daytime temperatures range from 65 to 90 degrees.

Fall

FALL
(September, October, November)

The magnificent colors provide a backdrop for the continuation of summer activities. The Fall daytime temperatures range from 50 to 75 degrees.

Winter

WINTER
(December, January, February)

The pristine beauty of Winter in the mountains is a major attraction for the population of Washington. Snowfall can range from 3 to 6 feet. The snow comes earlier - sometimes as early as November, and stays longer than the lower elevations - sometimes into March, thus extending the Winter season. The Winter daytime temperatures range from 20 to 35 degrees.

Spring

SPRING
(March, April, May)

The melting of the Winter snows and the blooming of the mountain flowers is a great time to enjoy the outdoors. The daytime temperatures range from 50 to 75 degrees.
