WINTER
(December, January, February)
The pristine beauty of Winter in the mountains is a major attraction for the population of Washington. Snowfall can range from 3 to 6 feet. The snow comes earlier - sometimes as early as November, and stays longer than the lower elevations - sometimes into March, thus extending the Winter season. The Winter daytime temperatures range from 20 to 35 degrees. |
